Orders are processed as received (which may not be the same day as the order is placed).


A. Domestic orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours from receipt of order (excluding weekends). We will notify you of any unanticipated delays. International orders may experience a delay do to increased U.S. Postal Service security regulations.

B. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges in the event that they are not calculated correctly at the time of your order.

C. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item(s), and include insurance, handling, and packaging charges.

D. We reserve the right to substitute carriers in an effort to provide the highest level of delivery options and services (i.e., Fed-Ex vs. UPS).

A. ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash.


C. Return authorization numbers must be obtained for all items that are being returned for any reason. Products that are returned without a valid return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at the senders expense.

D. Freight associated with returns or refused packages for any reason are strictly the responsibility of the sender. FREIGHT PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

E. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 10 days of the original invoice date.

F. The original invoice must be included in the returned packaged to ensure prompt and accurate processing. Save your invoice. Absolutely no return can be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.

G. Products that are returned to Pro-Team that do not qualify for a credit or refund will be returned to you at your expense. If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense.


A. From time to time we will offer special discounts and promotions for subscribers of our Opt-in "Specials & Updates" list.

B. These specials are limited to those subscribers only.

C. "FREE SHIPPING" offers refer to UPS Ground Residential shipments within the continental U.S. only, and must meet the criteria for that offer.

D. "PERCENTAGE OFF" offers apply to qualifying merchandise only. Shipping and other associated charges are billed at the full rate, and not subject to discount.

E. Multiple offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

F. All offers expire 30 days from the original date of offer unless otherwise stated.

G. Specials are limited quantities on hand, and some items may sell out. Rainchecks on certain items may be available in some cases.
